Information Collected on the Site

We collect various types of personally identifiable information from visitors to the Site. Visitors who wish to purchase products from the Site will also be asked to provide their shipping and billing addresses, telephone number and credit card information.

 

How Information Collected on the Site is Used

Personally identifiable information you provide to us while creating or updating an account and at checkout, such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, billing address, shipping address and credit card information, is used only to fulfill the purpose for which the information was provided. We will not disclose anything that could be used to identify any individual.  

 

 

Redfunds

If you do happen to receive an item with a minor problem, we ask you to contact us with a photo of the problem. In most cases, we'll just send you a replacement, but we may ask you to return the item at your shipping cost.

If you are truly unhappy with the item and would like to return it, we will refund you the cost of the item only, not the shipping, and you will need to pay to ship it back to us. First class mail is inexpensive and completely acceptable. Please let us know that you're sending a return, and we will refund your money when we have it back and see that the item is undamaged and complete.

We cannot accept returns for custom printed items and will work with you before printing to make sure the proofs are approved to your satisfaction.
